Comment: Unfortunately the watch we received was not the same as pictured. Rather than the black hands on a gold face, the watch had gold hands on a gold face which were difficult to see unless the light was just right. Fortunately, the service was excellent. We were able to return the watch with no problems at all and received a full refund promptly.
